Ages 1-3: |
Unless older children will be present skip the clown or magic show. A skilled balloon twister will provide lots of photo opportunities. |
| Ages 3-5: | A Face Painter or Balloon Twister is always appropriate for this age group. Clowns work well also, though some children may still be frightened by costumed entertainers. Magic is not recommended for children before age 5. |
| Ages 5-8: |
This
age group is excellent for Face painting and Balloons or Magic and
Balloons. Clowns are also well received by this age group. |
| Ages 8 and up: | This age group usually responds well to “Ballooning 101” where the children learn to make balloon creations. At this age we also recommend Balloons & Magic. |
| Mixed ages: | Balloon Twisters always work best for mixed age parties. |
| Adults: | A skilled balloon twister can be entertaining for adults as well as children. In adult settings many of our “twisters” can also perform some card magic for an additional fee. |
Balloon Twisters : High energy, fun personalities, and twisting skills way beyond the poodle or sword. Our Balloon artists have received great reviews from business events, picnics, and birthday parties from ages 2 to 80. Don’t be surprised if you see 2 foot tall cartoon characters or flower baskets, or balloon costumes (time permitting). One thing’s for sure, our twisters can entertain everyone at your event (count on 15-25 sculptures per hour). Balloon Twisting for one hour costs $100 with additional half hours available at the discounted rate of $40.
Face Painters : Balloonatix Face Painters are experienced and talented Providing both full face and tattoo style doodles using premium non-toxic water-soluble paints. A rule of thumb is that a Face Painter can paint 10-15 designs per hour (half that if you want full face designs). Face painting for one hour costs $100 with additional half hours available at the discounted rate of $40.
Clowns : Balloonatix works exclusively with experienced clowns. Many of our full-time professional clowns have over 10 years experience; some have won multiple awards at clown conventions across the United States. Whether you need a strolling clown, a birthday party clown, or even a juggling clown that arrives via unicycle Balloonatix can help. Clown pricing is $150 for the first hour and $60 for additional half hours.
Magic : Balloonatix provides both strolling and stage magicians. We also frequently include some magic with balloon twisting at children's birthday parties. Magician pricing is $150 per hour and up. Magician pricing varies greatly depending on what is requested.
